At MOTHER, we want you to love your denim. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select your items.

  Print Your Label

  Select your reason for return and print the prepaid shipping label provided directly from the portal.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are attached, and affix the prepaid label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
